Welcome to Dream Dolls!
These Terms of Service (the "TOS") set forth the legally binding terms for your use of dreamdolls.ai and/or any of our online channels, platforms, products or services, including all content contained therein ("Services"). Services include any affiliated website to which you may be redirected from dreamdolls.ai.
The Services are owned and operated by QUANTUM DIGITAL TECH LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in Delaware, USA, having its registered address at 8 The Green, STE B, Dover, DE 19901.
By accessing and/or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these TOS. You understand and agree that your access and/or use of the Services constitutes acceptance of these TOS and of all other policies published on https://dreamdolls.ai/legal-information and updated from time to time ("Policies"). If you do not agree with these TOS or our Policies, please cease using or accessing our Services.
Our Services are intended and made available for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to use the Services for any commercial, illegal, or unauthorized purpose.
For purposes of the TOS, "you" and "your" means you as the user of the Services.
All conversations between users and AI Companions on the Services are entirely fictional and should be treated as such. The AI Companions are artificial intelligence characters designed to simulate human-like interactions, but they do not possess genuine emotions, intentions, or the ability to fulfill promises in the real world. Any elements within the conversations that may resemble reality are entirely fictional. We do not assume responsibility for any confusion or misunderstandings in this regard. Users are encouraged to keep in mind that the AI Companions exist solely within the digital realm of the platform, and any expectations or beliefs beyond that realm are not supported or endorsed by QUANTUM DIGITAL TECH LLC.
Our Services are strictly for users who are 18 years of age or older. We enforce age verification to ensure compliance with this requirement. AI Companions may simulate intimacy as part of their fictional design, but their outputs should not be relied upon for real-world advice, emotional decisions, or guidance on personal matters.
1. User Account
You must be at least 18 years old to access and use our Services. By registering, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you are prohibited from accessing or using our Services.
To use certain aspects of the Services, you may need to register and create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your password or account information.
You may not share your account with others or allow multiple users to use your account. If we suspect that your account is being used by multiple individuals, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.
2. Content and Conduct Guidelines
You are solely responsible for all content you submit, transmit, or display while using our Services ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you represent and warrant that:
a) You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use all intellectual property rights in and to any User Content; and
b) All User Content complies with applicable laws and these TOS.
You agree not to use the Services to:
a) Create, upload, transmit, distribute, or store any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or otherwise objectionable;
b) Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
c) Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services;
d) Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation;
e) Harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information of other users from the Services by electronic or other means;
f) Create multiple accounts for disruptive or abusive purposes;
g) Attempt to access another user's account without permission;
h) Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Services.
While our Services permit adult content for age-verified users interacting with AI Companions, the following categories of content are strictly prohibited under all circumstances:
a) Any content involving minors in a sexual or suggestive context;
b) Non-consensual acts, including rape, coercion, or forced sexual activity;
c) Bestiality or sexual content involving animals;
d) Graphic violence, gore, torture, or dismemberment;
e) Depictions or promotion of illegal substance use, alcohol, or smoking;
f) Depictions of weapons or firearms in harmful or threatening contexts;
g) Self-harm, suicide, or encouragement thereof;
h) Incest or sexual content involving family members;
i) Graphic depictions of bodily fluids (blood, vomit, feces, urine).
We use automated systems to screen user-submitted content before it is processed. If a violation is detected, the affected conversation will be immediately terminated and the request blocked. Repeated or severe violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination without prior notice.
Users may not upload images or videos to the platform. All visual content on the Services is exclusively AI-generated. Any attempt to circumvent this restriction is a violation of these TOS.
The Services do not offer, and expressly prohibit, any tool or feature designed to digitally remove clothing from characters or images, including "undress AI" tools, clothing removal filters, or similar functionality regardless of how it is marketed or described.
3. Intellectual Property
The Services and their contents, features, and functionality are owned by QUANTUM DIGITAL TECH LLC and its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works or adaptations of, publicly display or in any way exploit any of the content on our Services in whole or in part, except as expressly authorized by us. You must not remove, obscure, or modify any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property notices that appear in or on the Services.
Subject to your compliance with these TOS, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.
4. User Content
You retain all of your ownership rights in your User Content. By providing User Content to the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Services and our business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Services.
We have the right (but not the obligation) to monitor, review, and remove any User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, violates any party's intellectual property, or otherwise is inconsistent with the purpose of our Services or violates these TOS.
5. Fees and Payments
The use of certain features of the Services may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your account at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred.
We may change the fees and charges then in effect, or add new fees or charges, by giving you notice in advance. If you do not agree with the fee changes, you have the right to terminate your account before the changes take effect.
All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise or required by applicable law.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account or access to all or part of the Services, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe violates these TOS, is harmful to other users, or is harmful to the interests of QUANTUM DIGITAL TECH LLC.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@dreamdolls.ai. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
All provisions of the TOS that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL QUANTUM DIGITAL TECH LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF QUANTUM DIGITAL TECH LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (I) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES; (II) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES; (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (IV) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; OR (V) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICES.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QUANTUM DIGITAL TECH LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these TOS by you or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Services using your account.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these TOS, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of the State of Delaware, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these TOS at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Services.
