DreamDolls is built around companions that feel personal: each doll remembers what you tell it, replies in the language you write in, can send you photos of itself in the middle of a conversation, and can call you by voice. A per-chat spice level (mild, medium, spicy) controls how bold a conversation gets, so the same doll can be sweet in one chat and explicit in another.

## How it works

1. Visit https://dreamdolls.ai. Guests can browse every public doll, profile and bundle without an account.
2. Sign up with email or Google and confirm you are 18+. New accounts start with 5 tokens and 10 free text messages.
3. Pick a doll on the hub (filter by realistic or anime, trending or new) and start a chat. Choose a spice level, a reply style (SMS or paragraph) and, optionally, one of your personas.
4. Chat. Ask to see something and the doll offers a photo as a card; accept it to get the picture. You can also open the image studio to prompt images directly, or turn an image into a short video clip.
5. Tap the call button for a real-time voice call, or play any message aloud.
6. Buy a token pack once to unlock unlimited text chat and voice calls. Calls are paid per minute from your token balance.
7. Create your own doll, publish it, and build a public profile with your dolls, images and videos.

### Text chat does not cost tokens

This is the most common billing question.

- Text messages never cost tokens.
- New accounts get 10 free text messages in total (shared across all dolls, not 10 per doll).
- After any completed token purchase, text messaging is unlimited on that account.
- Hitting the free-message limit does not spend tokens; the user needs to buy a token pack to keep chatting.

### What tokens are spent on

- AI image: 2 tokens per image (image studio, in-chat request, or an accepted photo offer)
- New custom doll: 3 tokens
- Video clip: 20 tokens per clip
- Voice call: 10 tokens per minute, billed per second. Voice calls unlock after any token purchase, and a call ends when the balance runs out.
- Bundle: a one-time price in tokens shown on each bundle. Typical prices by tier: Rare 75, Ultra Rare 150, Special Edition 350 tokens.

Playing aloud (text-to-speech) of an assistant message does not cost tokens. Declining a photo offer costs nothing.

If image or video generation fails, charged tokens are refunded to the user's balance.

## Refunds

Tokens are a digital good delivered to the account immediately. Purchases are final and non-refundable, including unused token balance, except where a refund is required by law.

## Chat

- Spice level per chat: mild, medium or spicy.
- Reply style per chat: SMS (short texts) or paragraph (longer roleplay replies). Bubble color and font size are adjustable.
- Dolls reply in whatever language the user writes in.
- Resetting a chat archives the history. Deleting a chat removes it from the chat list.
- Personas: a user-owned profile (name, backstory, rules) injected into chats. Cap of 10 per user. One can be starred as the default. A persona is chosen when a chat starts and is not changed later.
- Memory: dolls remember facts about the user across conversations. Users can keep memories on one chat or share them with a memory group.

## Photos, images and video

- Photo offers: when a user asks to see something (or the moment calls for it), the doll offers a photo as a card describing what it will show. Accepting generates the photo in the chat for 2 tokens; declining is free. Only one offer is open at a time.
- Image studio: prompt images of any doll directly at https://dreamdolls.ai/predictions/new
- Video clips: turn an image into a short animated clip for 20 tokens.
- Prompts are screened by our moderation system before anything is generated.

## Voice

- Real-time voice calls with any doll, 10 tokens per minute, billed per second. Calls unlock after any token purchase.
- Any doll message can be played aloud in the doll's voice for free.

## Dolls and creators

- Hub: official and community dolls, filterable by realistic or anime, trending or new. Signed-in users can favorite dolls (favorites pin to the top of lists).

- Gallery: a doll's creator picks up to 9 of their own generated photos for the doll's profile carousel.

## Bundles

- Bundles are exclusive, themed photo and video packs for one doll, made by the DreamDolls team.
- Each bundle is unlocked once with tokens and stays unlocked for good, even if it later leaves the catalog.

## Privacy and safety

- Chats are private to the account; other users cannot see them.
- Media links for paid bundle content expire, so a copied link cannot be shared for good.
- Only an email address (or a Google sign-in) is needed to sign up.
- Adult content between consenting adults is allowed. Sexual depictions of real, identifiable people are prohibited. Content involving minors, non-consent and other forbidden categories is blocked by our moderation system (Dreamguard), which screens chat messages and image prompts.
- Users can report an image, video or chat message; reports are reviewed by our team.
- Users can delete their account from settings at any time.
